Anyone know what this noise could possibly be:

I can really only hear the noise at lower rpm 1k to 3.5k maybe. Also it occurs when revving the engine in neutral and stopped. Sounds like it is a belt of some sort but not sure what normally fails with an Evo 8.

My car is a 2004 Evo 8.

 

Anyone? I been looking around may be the serpentine belt or AC pulley (can you replace the pulley?)

 

You can rev it up with the belt off and see if the noise goes away. That will at least let you narrow it down to a pulley, belt, or tensioner issue. How does the belt look?
