i have a evo 8 2003 it has 1050 injectors aem ems and walboro 255 the other day it started running 16.1 an now has a lean miss fire . does anyone have a idea on where to start with diag on this i've checked the coils for spark the pumps turning on an running, the injectors are only a year old .

 

I'd start with fuel pressure, or even check your tune. I had the same problem with my supra twice. The first time my fuel filter caught some nasty stuff that was in the bottom of the tank, and the second time was just my tune. Idk how it happened with my tune because I never touch it, but it did help.

 

check the fuel filter, make sure all injectors are working. Use a screwdriver, place it on the injector and place your ear on the handle end. you should hear clicking by the injector. Maybe consider removing your injectors and sending them out to be cleaned and flow tested

 

Stick a gague/sensor on it and tell us the idle fuel pressure. WOT pressure would help too but I wouldn't do that if you have base fuel issue.

 

check for vac leaks.
