you can run it thru the driver side fender. open your driver door with the hood open and look down the fender from the door side and you can see a light. from the engine bay. rin a hanger thru untill you can reach it from the engine. then pull the vac line thru.

now the tricky part with lots of patients. behind the drive kick panel about half way up the is the factory wires comming thru the wall. the rubber boot can be pulled in and a small hole inserted for the vac line. ( you should install a sleeve so the rubber doesn't colapse the vac line unless you are using the auto meter hard line.)
trust me the rubber will go back in with some time and patients. or you can pull the wheel well plastic out and do it from there i believe. (to much work i thought)

I hope this helps and good luck.

mitsu is right...look behind the strut tower, and you'll see the black, circular grommet. From the inside, I removed the glove box to see it up in the top righ-hand corner...this is where I ran the vack line for the gauge...

mitsu is right that would be more practical since you will be tapping into the van line on that side anyway.

i do stereo installs and the fender is where i go for the stock look so you don't have a mess of wires in other spots to.

for my gauge i used the evo tech drill thru the fire wall above the ac line but i was running the egt line also. didn't even realize.

yeah after i posted this i went back outside and saw that grommet before even checking back here. i ran my lines thru and it worked out just fine... but damn... Boost taper is a *****! i mean it hits 19lbs as a spike and tapers to about 15 or 16 psi.... i dunno perhaps i have a kink in the line i re check it later.....But really it gives you a better idea of how to drive the car to be fast

yea a good boost controller will fix all that though. i made one and it spkes to 20 and drops to 18 to 19. so i ordered the hallman evo rx mbc. best of both worlds cheap and i can adjust in the cockpit

at this time...

right now im just a tad questionable how accurate the gauge is... wish i had a way to test... another thing some reason i can boost higher when im not WOT just a hair below it i dunno like i say im questionable i need to recheck all my connections. Also right nowim wishing i would have just bought the gauge new. I bought it off a guy for 20bucks and bought a never used AF gauge for 20$ as well....
