I'm after a Kinugawa turbo that'll be the least hassle to get installed and will give me the best possible power without sacraficing too much on response. Can someone please recommend one from the below with reasons why. I really want as much low end response as possible, but I wouldn't mind sacrificing some response for extra power.

My mods are:

2.0L Stock block
ARP Headstuds
GSC S2 Cams, springs and retainers
HKS EVC 5
Walbro 255
Aftermarket LICP
FIC 1050 injectors
Full exhaust, not sure of details but Catback is a RM-01A
Get 25g w anti surge and 11.5 hotside....
I have one for 9, if you contact them can get buillet wheel, ported polished , 11.5 hot side, and spend 999.00
youll want bigger injectors, I also have a map short runner exhaust mani and a map o2 dump pipe w external wg...and walbro 450 for e85...making 32 psi boost / 535 whp.
ive hade my turbo for almost 1.5 yrs and was a great choice. No regrets. ...good luck
they have great customer service, so call them and get all the bells and whistles and pm if you have questions.

Just have Tom tune your car and youre golden.

The SS hotside, not turbine, does not require anything more than an EWG and a down pipe. Id much rather run that then some junk turbo like the OP is looking for. If everyone bought parts for their car cause they were cheap we would all be running F1 Racing clutches, Megan Racing exhaust manifolds, Megan Racing coils, etc... You do realize turbo companies like these try to duplicate the turbos from other reputable companies for less money right?
And how do you duplicate something for less money? Easy, use cheaper materials and parts. You can not compare a Kinugawa to a FP turbo. And many turbo failures are due to the owners, not the turbo itself. If you can not afford a good product, buying a cheaper product that fits your budget is not the solution.

Just in case anyone is interested, I did end up getting the Kinugawa 25g 11.5T. Here are my tuning results, pretty impressed with it considering the price.
