Titanium Valve Spring Milage

I have a 2003 evo 8 with an fp black and supporting mods.

According to the previous owner, there are titanium valve springs and retainers in the car already put in at an unknown mileage.

I'm getting ready to put in some GSC S3 cams, would it be worth it to replace the valve springs while I'm in there?

Do the springs get weaker with more mileage?

Thanks!

The springs are not Ti, only the retainers are. You need not worry.
