Boost Problem

hey guys, picked up my Lan EVO 8 a few months ago and since then I have been fixing misc issues here and there due to the previous owner not knowing his *** from his face. Anyways, my current problem is now, the car boosts consistently at 0.60kpa only. Which after the conversion I believe is only like 11psi?

I need help in figuring out what might be the cause....I have checked for boost leaks and found nothing. Also, the boost solenoid has been removed OR relocated, and a Greddy Profec B Spec 2 was installed. The EBC seems to be connected correctly according to all the diagrams Ive looked at. I even tried playing with the settings and the EBC and my Defi boost gauge still read 0.60kpa all the way up close to redline. From what ive been reading, it should be around 1.40kpa correct? or 20psi? Even with the boost controller OFF/disconnected power it still only makes .060kpa.

Also, any help with settings on my EBC or suggestions would be appreciated. Like what Gain, set gain, etc. I only want to atleast get the car running back on stock boost.

HELP!

FYI Mods on the car: Apexi intake, Skunk2 intake mani, GSP 70mm TB, DC sport 3" exhaust, 3in DP, stock turbo, walbro pump, AEM fuel rail, stock press reg, Greddy Profec B Spec 2 EBC, Apexi Power FC, Apexi SAFC 2, hard IC pipes, aftermarket FMIC, and some other misc items.

Thanks for the link man. Ill tinker with this later. But im leaning towards a pressure leak elsewhere on the car.

It's one of 3 issues as I see it:

1- MASSIVE boost leak
2- EBC needs adjustment
3- EBC isn't installed correctly

Now I know you did a boost leak test, so I'm leaning towards 2 and 3. I'm not questioning your skills with the EBC, but read the link I gave you and give it a shot, you have nothing to lose.

do you still have the stock cat on the car?
Could be waste gate actuator would be my guess

Based on the diagrams ive looked at, the EBC is connected properly. I read about some kind of cap or something that needs to be removed on the Greddy solenoid at the "NO" port. My EBC is connected to the "NO" port and the NC port is open. Obviously the COM is going to the WG. Also, ill tinker with the boost controller as well. But after I messed with it already, I have not seen any changes in boost pressure. Also, if I completely shut power off to the EBC will it still hold the programmed boost pressure?

The car does not have a cat. Guam doesnt have emissions...so if the WG actuator is busted, this would cause a constant 0.60kpa boost output correct? Id imagine if it were a boost leak then the boost pressure would vary? Or maybe not...the car still pulls great. But it almost feels like the same amount of power as my S2000 lol......But like I said both measuring devices read 0.60kpa. So id imagine the car is making all of about 200 some HP.

Also, the NC port is used for external wastegate correct? and the NO port should be used for INTERNAL wastegate???
