Non-ACD Diff Casing

Hi guys,

Hoping someone on here has done an ACD swap out on an Evo 8 to a Viscous Coupling.

I have a Tommi Makinen Evo 6, and I am trying to get a clutch type LSD in the front. I have the bigger crown gear and pinion as per later model CT9A's, however my front diff casing diameter is giving me grief. I understand the smaller casing and crown gear was used on the Evo 6, and subsequently upgraded to the bigger casing and crown gear on the TME. Unfortunately, I have the big crown gear and the 117mm housing with factory helical, not the 119mm housing found in the CT's.
After trawling the epc data for Mitsubishi, I have found a diff casing that shares a part number with both the Evo 8's and the CP9A models, however I need to confirm the size is right before biting the bullet and ordering the part.
Can anyone confirm if the part number MR483097 is a diff casing with the 119mm internal diameter to suit an Non ACD Evo 8 LSD?
Any help would be hugely appreciated.

I may have the part you need if you post pictures of the part you are working with. people often mistake what diffs they are working on.

The part I'm looking for is 22621. I'm looking to fit an Mfactory 1.5way LSD into that housing, but the case internal diameter I have is from an older model (117mm), I need the Non ACD Evo 8 casing (119mm)

The pic you have posted in the Centre diff, that lives in the gearbox.

The front diff lives in the transfer case, it is the front diff you are trying to sort out correct?

So its basically this housing. This is what I need, out of an E8 Non ACD Transfer Case.

Ah.

Any part that lives inside the transfer case is hard to get part numbers for, they are out there but they won't show up in CAPS/ASA because as far as Mitsubishi are concerned they want to sell the whole assembly.

However I'm running a Cusco front LSD and the only part that is reused from the factory setup is the ring gear as it comes with new cases. It included a new VCU.
