had a little snafu. i used a capillary tube oil pressure gauge and my nightmare of the tube breaking and pissing oil all over came true. almost lost my new motor to oil starvation. another lesson."always use an electric oil sender."

figured id bump this. seems through smoothing, oil change and some act of god my erratic knock sums have cleared up. tuning up to 14 psi and this thing feels awesome. can't wait to sneak the boost up to 25psi if i have enough injector. cc stage 2 clutch feels great. balance shaft delete is noticeable but not even a little annoying. cams feel a little small but not really that bad. i can't get my egr timing to activate so i put some timing in the main map. 0300 code occasionally that didnt exist before but not really a biggy happens at idle more often than not so i tuned it out. no break up and sick throttle/spoolup response. like a 2 stroke dirt bike when you nail it.

Awesome, probably another 5-6psi left in it on pump gas. May need bigger injectors though.

350 350 square at 20 psi. changed the oil today and no flakes or sparkles. i also found that i have denso 720 injectors. idle settled out. i had too much timing in down low. i bought an o2 dump and if the f-in weather would break up here i could put that on and turn the wick up. feels better every day i work on the tune.when i get to the end of the injector i will post another vd graph.

i thought the dump added. here is about 21 psi. cool out. might just max injectors out and call it a day. unless anyone wants to sell me a set of 1000s cheap. this feels awesome but id like to tune out that little waggle in the first part of the power and torque curve.

i'd love to see what the atp gtx can do. with conservative timing and safe afr on 93 octane, people have been able to run 30 psi peak with taper down to 22-23 psi for stock frame turbos in that size range.

I'm so used to the ACN 91 garbage I have to deal with. The guys with 93 have it made.

10000 miles. reliable as a hammer. plenty of injector. i run relatively low boost (24) so all in all pretty satisfied. i may need springs/cam now. but the rattling control arm bushing and trans input bearing are first. thanks to all that chimed in.

The transmissions are pretty easy to go through yourself. You can get all the parts from Jacks for around $650 I think. Glad to hear those injectors are working out for you.

That is awesome.

Which LCA bushing?
I have a set of the OEM ones that were replaced with the PSRS ones. They are in really good shape, only had 20k on them.
