My engine:
Pisons: Wiseco
Rods: Manley 156mm turbo tuff rods
Cams: Kelford 272s
Valve springs and retainers: Supertech dual springs with TI retainers
Head Studs: ARP L19
Head Gasket: Cometic but a OEM would be fine too if you are staying with the 2.0

No reason to replace valves unless yours are messed or you're going oversized.

Don't get the cheap manley or eagle h-beams, get an actual high quality strong/lightweight rod. Oliver, R&R, Carillo, Pauter.

Valvesprings; go with GSC or kiggly.

I would also go with wiseco HD pistons, or JE FSR's. The design of both of those pistons is much better than the standard wiseco's, which are an old school "full round" style forging.

And what are your preferences for water pumps and rod and thrust bearings?
