Evo 9 No Start.....Stumped

hey just installed a motor into my car (was running and driving prior to removal)

go to give it the initial start, and it cranks but won't kick heres what i have diag-ed,

No Spark No, Fuel pump prime...

1. All fuses checked/grounds cleaned
2. 12v to fuel pump fuse, connector at pump top hat and if relay is hit with power the pump kicks on
3. 12v to coil packs
4. NO power to crank and cam sensors

the grounds i have installed are for engine harness (only ones i removed)

1. neg battery cable ground (mini battery grounded the cable to old battery tray mounting hole by the trans mount)
2. transmission housing ground
3. cam sensor ground on the sensor housing
4. intake manifold to body (by strut tower brace)

any help is greatly appreciated, and once problem is solved i will update to give this thread some closure

Thanks guys,
Seth.

Your cam sensors may be switched (reversed). They are different. I had a similar issue awhile back

Ok cam sensors are in the right spots

Ground tested to harness side of sensor and both cam and crank sensors are ground (dvm to battery positive and ground lead to sensors ground pin=12v)

Any other ideas?

It was working before so I say no. Put the battery on a charger until full charge and then check fuses.

Update.

Notice while attempting to crank the check engine light does not illuminate with key on.

Also ecu plug c-119 has all the sensors I'm not getting power to on the harness

1.)Pin 45 I belive is rpm signal I get 8v
2.) ground to earth pins(x2) show they are grounded when tested.
3.) pin 60 is 12v constant from battery and receives now power when tested, but when hit with voltage from power probe the Relays go crazy, but cel comes on I can communicate with scanner to ecu and maf, crank, cam etc all get 5volts
