The ATP turbos sound like on paper a good option but they really need to get a couple turbos on cars. No one is going to be a guinea pig for over $2k. I know they have them on other cars but that's just not apples-apples.

With the 3B and Green BB out of circulation I'll be waiting till next winter to see what fills the void.

I'm in Kalifornia so looks like I'll have buy smogs, at that point. Bleh.

I'm not sure but I think I stumbled upon something....will MAP be selling Blouch Dominator Stock Frame Turbos or have these long been around? I know STI guys have had the Blouch "Dominator" turbos for a while now but I've never seen/heard of any evos with them:

http://www.maperformance.com/blouch-performance-turbo/

Mitsubishi Evolution 9 Dominator 1.0XT Stock Frame Turbo | EVO9-DOM-1.0XT - Price: $1695.00

The 1.0XT Dominator Turbo is not to be messed with. Available with a journal bearing center section and crafted around the stock frame Evo 9 turbo, this quick-spooling Evolution turbocharger will transform your sleepy little stock Evo into a AWD street ripping monster. Capable of 470hp, this pairs great with your bolt-on's and will make you look good while doing it.

Blouch has been one of the biggest names in forced induction. Specializing in stock frame Evo 8/9 turbo's, they have experience across a wide array of makes and models, each making more power and torque than the next. Not only can you trust in Blouch for great Mitsubishi turbochargers, but top notch customer service is there to handle all your need
Mitsubishi Evolution 9 Dominator 1.0XTR Ball Bearing Turbo | EVO9-DOM-1.0XTR - Price: $2250.00

Blouch Performance Evo 9 Turbo Upgrade

Blouch's 1.0XTR Dominator Turbo is your go to option for ball bearing Evo 9 performance turbo's. Built around the stock frame Evo 9 turbo, this no nonsense Evolution turbocharger will possess your car, turning your beloved Evo into a AWD street ripping demon. Capable of 470hp, this turbo plays well with bolt-on's and will make you look like a boss while doing it.

If you haven't heard of Blouch Performance Turbo, you must have been living under a rock. BPT has worked to become one of the biggest names in forced induction. Specializing in stock frame Evo 8/9 turbo's, they have experience across a wide array of makes and models. Not only can you trust in Blouch for great Mitsubishi turbochargers, but BPT's top notch customer service is there to handle all your needs
Evo 9 Dominator 2.0XT Ball Bearing Stock Frame Turbo | EVO9-DOM-2.0XT - Price: $2350.00

Imagine you're out on the track, pushing your Evolution to it's limits. Suddenly you're being passed by cars left and right. What do they have that you dont? Horsepower and torque. Stomping on the gas does nothing, downshifting helps a little, but before you know it you're in dead last and getting laughed at by your peers.

What do you do now? Head over to MAPerformance and look up Blouch Performance Turbochargers. Right away you've made the best decision possible. MAPerformance has the lowest parts on the web, guaranteed. Blouch has the best Evo 9 turbochargers on the market. Two reasons right away why you've made the right decision.

A Blouch XTR2.0 Evo Turbo is capable of making 570hp, which is more than enough power to send your foes packing up and heading home.
This XTR2.0 is the one that interests me the most.

And here we were worried about lack of stock frame options. Seems that like nature, the market abhors a vacuum.

You guys gonna have any results to post up too? The 470hp BB version sounds appealing.

Will be interesting to see how these stack up to CBRD's new RB-X kits. 2015 is shaping up to be an exciting year for turbos.

Is there a price estimate for the 3.0? i can't seem to find it. Also would it be safe to assume the 3.0 is ball bearing?

*Edit just noticed the name has an R in it which would mean it's ball bearing.
