With a 3 inch DP it looks like I will also need to replace the front lower arm brace?

Another stupid question: Before getting a tune can an EBC be installed and have it work with the stock tune?

not to thread jack, but do you need to do ALL of this just to replace the seals? Pretty much take the entire throttle body apart? Any reason to go with mil.spec over works? looks like works comes with a new gasket too?

like the OP im betting i have a tiny leak there, and i'm betting it's causing the idle bounce i sometimes experience
