Found the problem. Not calling anyone out here i still buy a ton of parts from them and will continue. But the STM fuel pressure kit comes with a small vacuum hose. When hitting boost it would cause that vacuum line to suck itself together stopping the vacuum of fuel. Making me go lean and have fuel cut.

congrats, thats great news. You should give STM a heads up about your problem. Im sure they will want to hear about it so they can take it up with their suppliers and improve Quality control.

There's no vacuum when you're on boost.

Lolwut? Sounds like the line had a cut in it, it certainly wouldn't get "sucked together" by boost, which is pressure.

Just for reference, my car ran with it backwards, idled normal, driving felt like it was being limited by something.

Not sure how it did not hit or anything but flipped it back over and ran without problem.

So I’ve just rebuilt my engine have spark and fuel but it won’t start, have tried to scan the computer but my scanner can’t connect to it, it’s a Evo 4 engine and ecu, is it possible that the crank angle plate is on wrong ? The engine turns over fine but doesn’t want to fire at all cheers

If your scanner should communicate with the ECU and isn't, I'd start there.

Hi so today had a auto sparky look at it and scanned it which showed a fault with the Maf sensor and that was it again checked spark timing and even made sure we had tdc perfect and still no luck it’s back firing out the intake tho

Do basic things first. Can you or your sparky confirm compression numbers across the cylinders?
