It's exciting to see this available. I can see how reducing the size of the turbine wheel helps spool but with both sharing the same comp. wheels, how does this turbo retain the same flow (57-lb/min) of the larger turbine wheel on the previous Green?

The compressor is where that flow rating comes from. Not the turbine.

They are also offering the FP Red at the same price with the MHI housing.

Thanks. I was thinking it was in some way the flow capabilities of the two (compressor and turbine) together. Obviously im still learning lol.

Even though theyre both rated 57 lb min, the larger turbine is still capable of more hp (with lag) in the same turbo correct? If so, the way I've been looking at flow (lb min) as hp potential is flawed.

This has the new HTZ wheel opposed to the older HTA wheel. Also has their new 9 blade FP54 turbine wheel

What are the benefits of the 9 blade turbine wheel?

Also, it looks similar to this turbo (but I can't find specs on the Ross Sport one):

this is an awesome turbo really. the original MHI HTA green with 65/55mm 11blade turbine was a really nice turbo. this is tweaked version on both wheels. really nice offering from FP.

How do you think this would this compare to a BBK-B (Dom 2.0)?

Do you think the Dom 2.0 might have better transient response due to it being BB where as this new Green is only JB?
