Can't go wrong with GSC and Kiggly.

My plan is to go with the Super Tech dual titanium valve springs, GSC S2 or S3 Cams, Keeping the stock lifters as the GSC ones have been known to break and cause bad things to happen and I already have ARP 625 head studs.

Or just buy gsc springs and retainers and call it good. They're about $100 less and proven to be reliable. I haven't heard of a GSC lifter failing, I've also installed them in two 4g63's. They had some issues with a production run of springs once upon a time. But they're all good now..

why dual springs when kiggley and gsc singles work well with those cams?

With regard to the GSC lifters - I read on here and on some FB groups about them being a bit to tall and the heads snapping off. Also was told that STM's RS and RICER ran the OEM ones so I see no reason to fix something that is not broken.

On the springs...down the road I would like to go to a T4 setup and then use the 650 cams and it was recommended to me to use duals if I go that route. So if I go that way it will be to prevent me from having to do the same job twice.

Interesting on the lifters. I would only change if your stock lifters have given out.

On the valve springs, the Kiggly beehives, as well as the GSC's have a little bit higher seat pressure, and similar springs rates to the super tech duals. They would more than handle the STM 650's. And beehives are a much better design than dual straight springs.

Yes its very common, most of the time the wrong diameter seal is used resulting with the inner spring pulling them off.
