Rich tip in causing stall

Hello,

Quick rundown of setup:

Built 2.3L
FIC2150cc
PTE6466
Speed Density
Internal walbro 450, external Bosch 044

Here is a description of the problem:
The car was running fine without any issues what so ever, I swapped my in tank walbro 255, for a walbro 450. All is hardwired. I also have an external bosch 044.

After I installed the pump, did a few pulls and all was running well. I am running Speed Density. My car was tuned with a base fuel pressure of 58psi.

It ran very well throughout the winter season, now I start the car, try to drive it out, and as soon as I give it a little throttle and start depressing the clutch, it will go extremely rich and try to stall. If I give it more throttle, it will stay alive and buck hard because its too rich.

Please have a look at the log and you can see when the apply throttle while depressing the clutch, the car just dumps a lot of fuel and it stalls. Car revs just fine in neutral

Things I have tried:
Swapped the 4bar map sensor
Swapped plugs
COP Kit is new
Leaned out SD RPM from 500 to 2000rpm, no change
Lowered Base fuel pressure, no change
Tried pump gas, and E85. Both the same issue

What could cause this issue?

Updated; I may have found the issue. Checking if fixed.

Might need to adjust the Minimum IPW, and then set the Injector latencies to fit those injectors.

Should be a few threads on the subject.

your fuel flow is higher with the new pump, look at latencies and fuel trims

I thought the same, but the fuel pressure remained the same on the regulator after I adjusted.
Well I am thinking it is mechanical, since the problem got worse with time, to the point where the car is barely driveable.

I have come across a thread that somewhat described the issue I am having, so I will try to swap the coolant temp sensor and see what happens. I will update once it is resolved, in case anyone else faces a similar problem.

I will also check if there is any gunk build up on the injectors, car has been running E85 for a while now.

Get the injectors cleaned and tested, should eliminate Dirty/bad injectors from the list of possible problems.

A bad coolant sensor should show up on you logs.

Sensor readings on the log seem normal. I will swap the sensor anyway to be on the sure side.
I took out the injectors, and there was no gunk.

Check your ISCV tables if you can, it might be in there.

I changed the temp sensor, and it didn't make any difference.
I added the definition for Minimum IPW, and the value is at 0.784

The tables for desired ISCV are blank.
I am on 88591715

If i remove the clutch, the car will go forward, although if I slightly press the throttle, it will go rich and die, until I apply a lot of throttle. If I apply a lot of throttle, it will go forward, but it will start jerking really bad.

For some reason, I do not think the problem is a tune related issue, the only thing that has changed from the time where it was running fine and now, is the temperature. The car was tuned when it was 70F, now it is 105F

Fuel pressure was kept the same after the pump install, I tried to put pump gas and switching to my pump gas map, still the same issue. I can't seem to figure it out.

I will try stock coils tonight and rule out my COP kit being the issue.

I managed to get a good log when the issue is happening.
I also tried swapping my COP kit for stock coils, same issue.

My next step is to try to swap injectors for stock ones and see what that gives.
If someone has any suggestions, please let me know.

I was going through the logs, and noticed the timing is dipping to 5* where the car is attempting to stall. On my map, on that specific load & 500 rpm, timing is 11 degrees, although the car is going to 5* ... Is it normal or is my ECU going coucou

Tried to swap the ECU with a working one, and it still did the same thing.
I am completely lost here. If anyone has any suggestions, I would highly appreciate it.

I disconnected the ISCV and the problem went away.

I swear that ISCV does some strange things when it fails.

It drove me nuts. No CEL at all.
I checked every single sensor, ecu, plugs, COP, knock sensor, timing marks, tensioner... I even thought it was crankwalk And I was about to drop the oil pan.

A friend of mine walked over and simply disconnected my ISCV, then he said go for a drive... And it left me speechless
