What are your thoughts on the intake mani being installed before the tune, being that the 4bar and IAT will be installed for SD

Put the stock MAP sensor in, install the IAT sensor, but don't plug it in. I'm assuming you got the spoolin up IAT harness that plugs into the stock MAF harness plug.

will the car idle at least with the SD setup? (tial q and 4 bar sensor instead of stock intake/maf)

and yes i do have the spoolin up harness kit
