Car will start and run without the MAF, it will even drive (somewhat) ok. I know this because I forgot to plug mine in once lol.

Put the stock MAP sensor in, install the IAT sensor, but don't plug it in. I'm assuming you got the spoolin up IAT harness that plugs into the stock MAF harness plug.

will the car idle at least with the SD setup? (tial q and 4 bar sensor instead of stock intake/maf)

and yes i do have the spoolin up harness kit
