Broken pistons.
They haven't fixed themselves yet....lol.
Well at least you now know that it's NOT the turbo......which was obvious enough to anyone with sufficient experience.

Now I think you're just trolling. Get a grip on reality, the damn pistons aren't broken... when will this BS end. You realize that multiple folks that bought these specific turbos have had this issue right only to be fixed by properly eliminating excess crank case pressure. I suppose all their pistons are broken as well.
You add nothing here but, go around spreading nothing but horse crap in people's threads, most of the time folks just ignore your crap but enough is really enough. Please just stop.
OP get it back together yet? Are you running the lines out to a Dual CC set up?

I'm sure it's possible that one person is right and everyone else, with their years of experience are wrong.
It's also possible that the world is flat, though.... hey... wait a minute....
If he keeps at it, he may eventually be right. God help us when that happens

Thats going to move the powerband to the right pretty far. Most keep the stock block around 8000 for longevity but some have pushed more. May also want to delete the Balance shafts if you plan to spin it over 8000 alot.
Something should start happening around 5000-5500rpm or so. Should be fun when its on but street driving and light to light may not be as fun . If you were set on going to a larger turbo a 5858 BB is a great choice for a stock block . Party is going to start around 4500 or so. Its basically a Red with a larger housing . Some have even made 700whp max effort with them on a built engine. Its going to be a bit more responsive then a 64MM turbo on a 2 liter.
You may want to create a checklist and check it twice for getting the 6466 on with supporting mods .

Yeah after I posted that I was thinking about it and that was the only conclusion that I came to in regards to the value of the turbo after the fact so I understand that.
I just hate to see when something funky is going on with a car and then money is thrown at it left and right buying parts in hope to fix it. Not saying this is the case here just seems like the best approach is to eliminate as many variables as possible and get it back to a state where you know the combination previously worked.
