My update,

I removed my Vishnu 3" standard exhuast, downpipe, cat and installed my stock downpipe, cat and a Thermal 3"

Problem gone................On my car I am going to have to say it was do to lack of backpressure from the higherflowing exhaust system and no tuning.

My .02 cents

any fix yet?

any fix yet? i do not get the rpm rise, but it does hang and then drop slowly like a really heavy flywheel. it does it even if i rev it while not moving, so i do not think it is related to the clutch

also, when i turn off the ignition, it continues to run for a second before the engine stops. i assumed it was just because of the boost being used up and the extra fuel because they run rich, just a turbo thing. however now i am wondering, does everyone have this? could it be related to the hanging rpms?

thanks

check your Throttle body inside, there migt be some gunk inside, clean it with tB cleaner, just dont spray it inside This might fix the problem. Also when was the last time you changed your trans oil?
