Hi. When putting my turbo back in I split one of the hoses that goes to the actuator. I think I broke the actual one that goes to the actuator, to be safe let's say I broke one of the 3 that connect via the t-piece. I replaced the little hose thinking nothing of it but now I'm peaking at 1.5bar when it used to peak nearer 1.9. I thought it was a boost leak as ive had a lot of boost pipes etc off but it's only just sprung to mind that there are some boost pills down there. Could I possibly have thrown away a boost pill which is why I'm losing boost? Like i said, I'm pretty sure it was the hose that goes to the actuator and on to the t-piece. I'll check tomorrow

Thanks for that. Pretty sure I binned the little one with the restrictor. Any way around it or should i just buy another? I've got an ebc and am setting up my wideband today, but as I'm a tuning noob I think changing boost control straight away might be a very steep learning curve
I've got a grimmspeed ebc to go on but I only fitted my wideband 2 days ago and have 0 experience changing afr's let alone mapping my boost, so I'm a little worried! I was hoping to take it slow and eventually change the ebc once I had a bit more practice but now I'm in the situation where I can buy a new hose with the pill or attempt to map in the ebc now
I should add that I've read Merlins guide, watched the ecuflash tutorial, read God knows how many threads on all this, but there are still lots of things I don't fully understand yet
It took me several tries before I figured it out.
And now I'm the head of a multi-million dollar tuning company, and Mitsubishi relies on me directly for stock mapping.
Well, maybe that's an exaggeration, you get the point.

LOL I get your point. Im struggling a bit with desired engine load if you can spare some knowledge? The wgdc table raises the boost and therefore load, right. Is the desired load table there so that the ecu can tell if the load I'm getting is the load I want? And if so does that mean the actual load and desired load need to sort of match so the error correction doesn't adjust the wgdc? Assuming I haven't just said a load of complete ****, how do the percentages in the desired load table equate to loaf values? Im sure I'm wrong somewhere in there, I just can't see how
