Starting my Evo after 2 years, what needs to be done

My car has been out of action for close to 2 years. Of course, I didn’t plan to have it down that long (who does) but life gets in the way and so there she sat.

So my question is; what should I do to the engine to minimize any wear on its first start up? I’m thinking a cap full of oil in each cylinder, let it sit, then rotate it over by hand. With the injectors (or fuel pump) disconnected crank the engine over until I see oil pressure (for the turbo). Then hook the injectors back up and start the car.

Of course, I will need to drain the fuel and other things, but as far as the engine goes, is that all I’ll need to do? Is there another way of going about it better?

drain fuel... new fuel
drain oil... new oil.
a little low viscosity (0w-20) oil in the cylinders might not be a bad idea

then fire it up.
ive found just cranking the car without the ignition doesnt build much oil pressure and better to just start it

Probably need to get the old fuel out. I hope it isn't a full tank.

Change the fuel. Start it, let it warm up. Then change the oil. Good to go. If you really want to you can squirt some oil in the cylinders.

The clutch braces itself against the crankshaft thrust bearing. That bearing takes a fair amount of load, so better to have that switch disconnected so that the unlubricated bearing is not loaded during cranking.
