Clutch pedal pulsating

I have a 2006 Evo IX MR, and Ive been feeling a pulsating vibration on the clutch pedal at the very top where you usual have a little bit of play. I checked under the hood and my slave cylinder rod isnt touching the clutch release fork. Does the slave cylinder have an adjustment or do I need to bleed my system or do I need to replace the slave cylinder.

Bleed it first if there is a concern. I don't believe there is an adj on the slave, there is one at the master.

Ok so this problem still has been bothering me I haven't drive the car much but the other day bled the slave and still vibration, so I unbolted the slave cylinder and the vibration seem to coming from inside that's making to fork pulsate. Any Ideas what it could be, I really don want to remove the transmission but if I must then I guess I will, any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you press on slave cylinder piston and get it to slowly retract inside cylinder?
And what mods do you have? Did you delete balance shafts?

Yes I can press the slave cylinder piston and it retracts slowly. Only mods are Ams motor mounts, AEM intake, Agency BOV, and a clutch about 24,000 miles ago don't remember what brand. I did not delete the balance shafts.

It probably doesn't matter much what is wrong, a clutch isn't supposed to wobble.
