Stock frame downpipe bolt holes too wide fix?

Sup guys, my bolt-holes on my stock frame downpipe is too wide to bolt on to my new turbo setup. the downpipe bolts up to the OEM O2 housing perfectly but not the new setup. the flange on the new turbo kit has the exact measurements as the exhaust and end of the downpipe... any fix to this as far as another downpipe that works or do I need to cut the flange and weld on a flange like the 3" exhaust

Standard placement T3 HTA86 but the turbo elbow bolts up to a stock frame downpipe it has the same dimensions of a 3" exhaust.

Sounds like it has a regular 3" 2 bolt flange. Not meant for stock down pipe.

Im just shocked because when I had my meganracing downpipe a few years ago, I connected it straight to my o2 dump without the donut gasket and just used a regular 3" gasket and no issues...

That because the megan O2 housing had the correct flange for the stock DP. What you have on the new kit is not the same thing.
