Why won't my car do above 23PSI?

Did you add more preload to WGA? Did that help?

This problem was solved by adjusting the preload on the actuator, however.
I got a ix turbo currently and the difference between the 9.8T and the ix turbo(10.5T) is just amazing, wish I had some dyno sheets to show a difference.
