HELP, New spark plugs now lean??

Decided to do a compression test of my evo. Stock turbo, speed density tuned by tscomptuned.

Unplugged Cam position sensor, Foot to the floor and tuned over 5 times and got reading.

Upon completion made sure coils were put back in the same exact way with corresponding spark plug. Start the car and runs very lean. No misfire, no codes thrown.
Changed my spark plugs with new NGK5245.
Car still runs lean and when plugs were pulled, looks like 1,4 had nothing on them. Please help, thanks guys

Define "lean"?
Is the car tuned for dual map and now you are on the wrong one?

No dual map. Single 93 octane tune. AFR would start off good 14.8-15.0 then after like 25 seconds went to 17.6 and wouldnt budge. Idled fine, after a few good revs it would die out and stall.

Hold the gas pedal down with key on engine off, see if the CEL starts flashing. If it does, lift off the gas the press/hold it again until the CEL starts flashing slow.

Maybe the o2 sensor stopped working?

Your fuel trims will have probably changed.
You'll see that with a datalog and you'll also see the o2 numbers.

A misfire will read the same as lean - excess oxygen.

Did you check spark plug gap? Not sure if that would cause problems your having but worth a shot.

Sounds like the coil serving 1 and 4 is not firing. Check that the connector is pushed on properly and check if one or more of the wires to the harness plug is broken. These cars are getting old and possibly just removing and re-connecting the harness plug has broken a wire.
