Maybe some new plugs might help? Haha, everything else looks good from what i see. And no leaks anywhere. Let me know other pics you need.

Plugs 1 on left, 4 on right. 2 look burnt on the middle and gapping seems tight.

Intake and vaccum lines.

More intake and lines

Fuel lines

3 and 4 injectors

1 and 2 injectors and FPR

More vaccum lines and intake

Under throttle body

Left plugs looks like it's running lean. And 1&3 have burn marks on back side?

I couldn't tell where your fpr solenoid hose is connected in your photo. Is it connected to 3-way? And other line goes to boost gauge?

If the injector valve itself is leaking, it could be letting the residual fuel through leftover pressure into a cylinder after the car is off. I'm dealing with this right now and the car takes forever to start just as you mentioned. There is a way you can test this without a flow bench...but you have to be very careful as it could get messy. Here's how I did it: ( I don't recommend this if you don't feel comfortable)

You don't need to use Evoscan, just unplug the crank positioning sensor and turn the engine over a few times with your injector ends exposed and injectors unplugged. This will run the fuel pump, but not the injectors. What your interested in testing here is the state of the valves themselves. The O rings on your injector only isolate it from the outside to prevent boost leaks and outside fuel leakage.

If he pulls the fuel pump fuse to shut engine off and then replaces fuse before starting, wouldn't this test for leaky injectors? He can even crank it while fuse is out just to purge any fuel in intake. You are one brave soul playing with fuel. Lol

That would only test it if the injector is really leaky. The gradual leaks would go undetected. Not brave, just crazy enough to try it haha.

The injen pipes have a tapered region that could effect performance. Other brands make pipes that have true 2.5" all the way through the intercooler tract. At least injen has a CARB E.O. # haha

That's the licp. It has the small 1.75" pipe and enlarges to 2.5". They have an interesting design where it gradually expands to 2.5" to mate up with intercooler. Most others use straight 2.5" and enlarge in the coupler instead.not sure if there is much power difference.
