I'm pretty confident that this is the correct crankshaft but I would like a peace of mind when others also confirm, and can I use those bearings and thrust washers as well
It's not about price vs lasting here. If you balance the 100mm OEM crank with your piston and rod assembly and run a fluidamper, it should last a long time. The bearings are correct and the crank SIZE is correct, but we don't know if that's an actual OEM FORGED Mitsubishi crankshaft. The ACL bearing sets for the 4g63 and 4g64 are the same down to the thrust washers. The ad says "Brand New OE Replacement Forged Crankshaft" at the bottom, but this picture shows CASTING lines. Can the seller clarify if that is a Mitsubishi OEM Forged crank?

like I said at that price how long do you think it will last. You think an oem crank from Mitsubishi going to cost $270 brand new lol.

On Ebay, Yes. I just bought a used OEM 4G64 crank for an extra 2.4LR build for $100.00 shipped and in great condition. It's not unheard of to see these things go new for $270.00 on sites like that. As a result, I would still assert that price does not always have to do with quality. You'll miss out on a lot of good deals with that mindset especially if you know what to look for.
The pick a part junkyards near me have a ton of Eclipses and Galants in the with 4g64s in them. Got the block for my 2.4 motor for $75 and my crankshaft for $17 and a couple hours of my day out of an Eclipse.

I would be having a blast doing that. I have to see if there are any junk yards over here that have something like that for the future.
