Engine rebuild bolt sizes

Hey guys this is my first evo and the previous owner had removed the motor, trans, and t case before i bought the car to build the bottom end and never got around to it. The car sat for about 5 years so it needs a refresh before throwing it back in the car. Problem is that the previous owner removed all the acc. and timing pullies and lost the bolts for mostly everything. Before anyone says to buy a manual ive bought a CD manual off ebay that seems to be incomplete and also another copy online that also seems to be incomplete. Ive tried looking through the forums to try to find something but all ive come up with is the torque specs. If someone could point me in the right direction to either find the bolt sizes and lengths for an engine overhaul or find a complete manual for the car id appreciate it! Its an 03 evo 8

That is no doubt going to slow things down. I would start by using STMtuned.com for their pictures. For example, you could type in AC compressor bolts and they have a pretty good library of what to expect. They may not list all the sizes, but the pictures will help you get close.

Around the engine I have seen everywhere from 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 17mm, 21mm, 22mm, The oil pump front cover has a few different length botls that could make things confusing. Bolts for the transmission and transfer case will be straightforward from the pictures. When in doubt, just check the bolt holes for depth. Generally, bolts will protrude from their hole between 2/3" to 1/3" of an inch before being threaded. Most of the time the grade of the bolt is written on the head as well.

The front cover was actually on the motor when i picked it up so i have all those bolts but i have none for the pullies, ac bracket and compressor, and alternator. I was hoping someone would have a manual or something that would have more detail about the bolts sizes so i wouldnt have to take the extra time to measure the depth and threads lol Im just really excited to get this thing up and running so i can finally drive it haha thanks man!

I would simply identify what you're missing and order OEM bolts from STM. The service manuals do not provide bolt size/thread or bolt part numbers. So you'll need to find the parts catalog diagrams. You can probably ask STM to email the diagrams to you so you can tell them which bolts you need.

Try this link it has diagrams and part numbers for anything you need, use that as a reference and buy it from STM, MAP, Extremepsi, amazon or any local mitsubishi dealer.

https://partsouq.com/en/catalog/genu...kI%24&vid=0&q=

you can buy it on there as well but there shipping is pretty high, it comes from UAE.
