FP 54 green bb

Hi guys I wanted to know how much whp I can have with that that turbo for my evo 7, the car when I bought it came with a fp black bb with 7 years on, they have told me that it is the old version that has, but for my daily use I did not like the spool and I want to buy the fp 54 green mhi w/18 psi actuator I only want 450-500 whp
with 93 and boost juice water methanol injection
and sometimes vp 100 with boost juice
no e85 in my country
sea level altitude dominican republic
I have this in the car right now:

2.0l built motor

Wiseco pistons 8:8:1 and manley rods

Brian crower dual valve springs retainer titanium

Stock crankshaft

Hks cams new generation 274intake/278ex

Fuel rail aem

Aem 340 lph fuel pump

Fic 1000cc

Down pipe megan racing

Exhaust hks

O2 housing jmf ported

Halltech elite 1000 ecu

Fp black bb with fp wastage 18 psi

Carbonetic triple carbon clutch

Aem water methanol injection vs2

Jdc coil on plug

Ams intercooler

Map performance oil cooler

Hks oil cooler thermostat

Intake fp

Tial q bov

Fp manifold ported

Intake manifold ported

It should do 450-500 with pump gas + meth. It's a 400-425whp turbo on pump gas. So it kinda depends on how much meth you spray. But I would think 450 would be easy. Especially with 93 octane gas.

Agreed with what Sean said. Would also caution against getting the SS housing, look up Abacus's results switching to it from an MHI housing and how much spool he lost.

That should be a good all around turbo. Pretty similar to my Blouch 1.0XTR in flow and size.

You should hit your goal, I run a BBk-3b which is basically a Blouch 2.0 xtr (57 lb/min) . I don’t have access to e85 or I would run it ,but I run 93/ meth and have made 488/409 @ 30 psi on a mustang dyno. My car is running built 2.3 with all supporting mods and recently swapped my GSC S3’s for some R2’s which benefit stroker motors. Good luck man!!
