Short shifter
I’ve run a short shifter and the stock one and prefer the stock one. But this is just my opinion
Upgraded under hood shifter bushings will yield the best results.
There are other shifters out there but they are farther from being a street car.

Did an ebay shifter in 2013 and it was too notchy using their setting so I modified the pivot point until I like how it shifted. I simply drilled the dimple for the pivot ball set screw at the location I preferred.
There are a lot of bushings for shifters but i do not know which of them need to buy exactly
could you pls give me link from aftermarket sites for bushings?
i am ready to stay with stock shifter but i want to have clearer shifting
