Im in the process of trying to plan my fuel system, it needs to be good enough for 900bhp on plain 99 octane pump fuel, i fancy running a bit of ethanol maybe in the future so it needs to have some headroom if needed.
I have already bought the radium twin 044 kit and manifold, i already have a rail and regulator aswell, plus fic 2150 injectors. Its mainly the hose sizes and fittings i'm unsure of. Ive drawn this up quickly, anyone recommend any changes or ideas please? Anything stand out as being wrong?
What fitting is needed for the surge tank overflow/return to the oe sender unit?
A -6 supply line will easily support 900hp, which then gives you very inexpensive and effective filter options. However, if you want to run a -8 line that is also fine and a good cheap filter option is the Permacool because if filters down to 2 micron, flows 5gpm, and has a built in water separator. https://shop.perma-cool.com/81794-Hi...Head-81794.htm
The return line on the OEM fuel hat is just a barb fitting so you choose the appropriate hose size based on measuring the barb. The concern I would have is the fuel return from the surge tank going to the OEM fuel hat because it drives the siphon that pulls fuel from the saddle tank. It may very well work in the configuration you have drawn, but just something to think about. You may also want to think about staging the 044's by placing the secondary pump on a Hobbs switch.
There are several good options that are PnP and will support 900hp so really no need to reinvent the wheel. I never saw the one from BP, but it looks nice and has the relays integrated allowing you to also adjust the pressure for the secondary pump.

I didn't want to get that technical and figured I could offer a simple solution to his drawing lol. Thanks for all that. I know the kit I posted has built in hobbs switch or you can control through the ecu with a standalone which is the option I did.

It is pretty bad *** for sure I have the first rendition of it which is the same minus fancy colors. It is pretty self explanatory as well and very easy to install. Well worth the money for simplicity.
Thanks for the input, the double pumpers do seem a more simple solution, by the time ive added pipe, a mix of fittings and worried about mounting solutions etc maybe the drop in set up is better. Thanks.
Had a check around my current set up today, single walbro 400 in tank, tried to locate the switch wire and ended up in the engine bay. Seeing how the double pumper set up will work.
I have a relay under the hood, 20a fuse and power straight to the pump, trying to locate the switch wire and found it spliced in, any idea where its been taken from? was expecting it to be in the back seat area. The switch wire goes to a relay and holder just by the fuse box.
Lol the bulletproof dper will eliminate all of that hassle. Give it a boost source and plug stock wiring into It and plug the relay box to the other side, ground the relay box done. Oh yeah and hook up fuel lines.
