Evo 9 first start up

Just finishing up my build on my evo 9 and have some questions on my first startup before I bring it to my tuner.
stock head
stock block
5862 turbo foward facing
twin scroll setup
tial bov
340 fuel pump
aem fuel rail
id1050 injectors
-6 fuel lines to tank
speed density & 4bar map
ets front mount
csf half size radiator

my Questions are:

will I be able to crank the car over to pull out of my driveway to load on to a trailer to bring it to the tuner

should I wait till I’m at the tuner to hook up speed density and 4 bar map sensor (Bc I don’t think I’ll be able to start the car if I do that without tuner)

Also I want to bleed the coolant before I bring it to the tuner. Is that alright to do even with out a base map or anything?

so basically after I do all this work will I be able to turn the car on to load it onto a trailer is my question.

If by first start you mean a rebuilt engine, then proceed with caution. If the engine is still the same then I good SD base map should start up.

Rebuilt engine,
If it ran on the previous tune and injectors were not changed I would say fire it off. If you've changed injectors or went to SD I would let the tuner start it. A fresh battery or on a charger would also be good.

First start is really important to get right. Assembly lube is in the right places and needs to do its job . Also, too rich at idle can wash the rings out. You want to burp the cooling system then change the oil after 20 mins of gently revving up and down .

I would suggest a few things . A second set of plugs gapped at .018-.022, boost leak test, oil and filter, fresh fuel

it is not a fresh motor. I Drove the car everyday before I started this small build three months ago. Car is stock block stock head has 43,000 miles on it. Previously the car was just tuned on turbo back exhaust and front mount. My question is basically. Is it safe to start the car after my new turbo setup is installed with out a base map.

I would have the tuner send you a base map before you did anything. Your car isn't going to like going from maf to sd the way it is and with larger injectors your going to flood the engine and wash the cylinders. I would have the tuner give you the base tune, install it, then bleed the system and install on the trailer.
