Stalling problem need help

I just installed a HKS SSQ BOV kit specifically made for the evo 8. I also have a K&N typhoon intake. I purchased a recirculating fitting so i can recirculate the air back into the system thinking that i wouldnt have any problems. Even though im recirculating, Im stalling every time i pop it in neutral and come to a stop. The BOV comes preset for the evo 8 but i tryed adjusting the bolt clockwise to eliminated stalling and any possible leakage. However, no matter how much i turned the bolt, i still stalled. Any suggestions on what i should do to fix this problem?
