Best i could get out of the stock turbo was a 12.4 but that was with allot less mods then what i posted above. Anyway the JIC header im not too sure about i love the twin scroll desgin on it but havent heard anything about cracking and as far as the upper intercooler pipe i got the Buschur upper pipe. I was looking at the injen but i like the less bends and shorter pipe thing i think buschur has somthing there. As far as the intake i have a 4" inlet on that turbo and injen doesnt make a intake that big so im stuck to get one created special..

Well i know they were waiting for the 3071 turbos or somthing like that. Another reason i got the 35/40r. I hate waiting! But still that is a really long time i would call them and see what is up!!

Ok guys, good good news. I still did not install my high flow cat and I had full boost of 23 psi at 4000 rpm at 4th gear. I could not believe my eyes. I am so happy singing on the streets that this huge turbo gave m full boost with stock cat at 4000 rpm
. So the question is can I make it spool like stock?? Will see, and I hope so. Today I heard my fuel pump or I heard it being louder in buzzing in and out is that normal??? Never noticed that sound before??? How can I tell if my W 255 fuel pump is damaged or something?? I am not hitting any fuel cuts but it sound kind of weird. It does not sound like other huge pumps I had before on different car. It was like bzzzzzzzz then bzzz then bzzzzzzzz then bzzzz . Different tone and I could hear it standing out side the car next left back door. Any help????

The pump is driven at different speeds depending on throttle position. So it will change note as you drive around. No big deal. They tend to get louder when the tank is low on gas. Nothing to worry about
But it's always a good idea to get a fuel pressure gauge when dealing with bigger turbos.

thanks shiv, great help. you are right my tank is kinda low on gas. however, the different tone was while the car was parked so it was not under different loads?? maybe that's how it spouse to be and I am just being crazy.

Az3ar is it just me, but I know tuners on this coast will weld cat heatshields around test pipes, and I know a cop isnt going to take off your mid pipe to see if its a cat or not, very easy solution. And you say you dont want a cop to look through the hood and see you dont have a cat, the cats arent very visible from the hood, at least I dont think so from working underneath the cars.
