hey timzcat, went to my shop, and we think its the boost gauge. They ordered another boost gauge for me(same one) and were gonna put it in tomorrow. All the hoses are good 2

Sounds good.
You really should think about putting the filters in. According to HKS they are a must. The basically protect the EVC solenoid from any type of foreign particles coming from the turbo or intake manifold. They are available seperately.

The restrictor exists in the short hose that goes to the turbo nipple. (black hose) It's purpose is to reduce the pressure that the wastegate and solenoid sees. The longer hose with the pink end, goes to the wastegate actuator.

AHHHHH HAAAAAAAAAAAA that was it..... the hoses were backwards.... the pink hose wasnt on the Actuator.,...it was the other way around..... I looked at it and switched it.....and I hit 144 kpa....over 20psi.... no issues...... not overboosting....
