exhaust ??

Looking into getting an exhaust soon and have tried to search through the threads for info. What would be the advantages and disadvantages to a catback vs. turboback vs. dumpback? Also, what size would be best recommended? 3 in.? I am stock right now but plan to do some mods in the future such as XEDE, BOV, drop in filter, maybe other things down the road. I have looked into Vishnu package 0+ (The XEDE, turbo back combo).....any input?

Do you want a Stainless shiney exhaust or a purely functional light weight exhaust?

I've got a Helix 3" DP, UR 3" HF Cat, and JIC 3" exhaust with reducer removed and I'm happy with it. DP and CB are both stainless steel.

If you want the lightest, best flowing system, I'd recommend a buschur TB.

Looks really don't concern me much, I just want a good sounding exhaust that isn't going to throw any "check engine" codes.

Vishnu 3" dp and dump-back exhaust. $$$ but IMHO, worth it. I love the way mine sounds.

It has to do with what part of the exhaust you replace. Cat-back is from cat back, turbo-back mounts to the turbine housing, dump-back mounts to the downpipe.
