Transmission, Tranfercase, & Rear Diff. Fluids

ok guys, from what I read on this site seems like:

TRANSMISSION = redline MT90, BG synchroshift or Penzoil synchromesh

TRANSFER CASE = redline heavy shockproof or mobil 1 75W90

REAR DIFFERENTIAL = redline or mobile 1 75w90

* You can use the same fluids for the transfer case & rear differential = 75w90*

I got an evo7 with ACD/AYC........would these fluids be OK for my car?
Would it be recommended to change ALL these 3 fluids every year? I was told you only need to change them every 40,000 miles?

This is my weekend car so I dont use it that much. Maybe about 4,000 or less miles a yr. I've got around 11,500 miles on it. havent chnged the fluids yet.

HOPE THIS THREAD WOULD END THE CONFUSION ON W/C FLUID GOES TO WHERE

Tranny: BG Syncroshift

Transfer: Royal Purple 75/90

Rear Diff: Royal Purple 75/90

I would use sae 90 in the transfer case. This is exactly what mitsu recommends, and a signifcant amount of people have killed the transfer case using 75/90, just my 2 cents. I personally will be using Royal purple max gear SAE 90 gl5 in both the t-case and rear diff. and a blend of Redline MTL and MT-90 in the trans.

I have a winding sound coming from my TC, will this heavy duty thicker fluid lessen the wind or make it worse??
