thanks.
Case in point. We appreciate you fair and honest reply.

but also the dynoflash graph does not include the HKS RS intake, does it?
None of the cars were touched or installed with parts. They came on the dyno did a base run ..and were flashed and came off. I didnt spend countless hours tuning each car. I did 9 cars and was home by 5pm .. I helped those people out that needed help, bottom line. Some people prob shouldnt of been involved and added parts which i found out at a later date. This thread is getting really old. No-one is trying to bash al .. I was merely trying to help out some people that had problems thats it. Continuing to turn this into a pissing match is pointless ..

Well, I was there

Most customers who I talked to were *****ing about AL to one degree or another.

However I think for the most part, customers showed up to see what a different tuner could do for them. I held off on installing parts so my car would be as dynoflashed so I could get a good baseline.

The fact that two of the people changed intakes or cams after they got tuned renders a lot of what they are saying totally meaningless.

At the same time though are you not doing the same thing by going on there thread and posting that everything claimed is false? Look business is business and it doesnt matter what companies do what it comes down to is how the customer feels when they leave. For the people to show up in the first place showed that they were not dedicated becouse of somthing that they were not happy about. Personally if i was happy with a tuner i would not let anybody else touch my car except for that person. But maybe that is just me i dont know. I think i have said enough! Sorry for all the posts guys and hope everything works out. No offense to anybody

With my first pull on the dyno at turbo trix I got 272 HP & 270 lbft from a custom tune from dynoflash my AF ratio was off the chart rich, richer then stock. with just a couple of pulls on the dyno I got 303 HP & 293 lbft I was very happy. The guys at turbo trix are awsome.

Understood, then it is not really 100% accurate saying that [A] car made more power at [B] tuner, if [A] car was modifyed or altered in some way. It would though both tuners numbers off making it impossiable to say [B] tuner had better results. Basically is what you are saying is for the most part some people were satisfied. I'm not bashing TT or Dynoflash saying one is better then the other. I just like to have the numbers speak for them selves, as well as the tuners progress as racers.

Was your car modifyed or changed in any way?. Also I know AL tunes the Car a point richer then Mitsu for a extra margin of safty, so thats why you might have seen that number so high.

Wow. I can't believe what this thread has turned into. People went to TT for one of 2 reasons. They weren't satisfied with the tune they previously got - whether real or imaginery. Second - the guys who installed parts prior to coming were just looking for a free ride since you were now comparing apples to oranges.
The proof isn't always in the numbers -
Son couldn't pull on me on the way there and blew me away on the way home.
End of story - go to whomever you feel does right by you and end all this childish bickering unless you have a different agenda.

yes dynoflash does print out Dynographs at a smoothness level of 5. I spoke to AL and he will print some out at 0 smoothness in the future for everyone to see.

this thread has not turned in to anything no one is bashing anyone, just discussing a few things, thats all. Both TT and Dynoflash know that, ah i hope.

Also have them put it in RPM's and not speed .. makes a huge difference. .

Below is a PM i got from a reflash customer today ...

I know Al is pm'ing a lot of people. He asked me to connect an OBD II scantool and run an ign timing check on a 3rd gear pull to redline at WOT, claiming that my tune is too lean and my ECU must be pulling timing like crazy.

I assume the tune is safe, cause I mentioned that I didn't drag race, did more road racing.

I dunno, car feels great to me, electric motor smooth feels like its not working as hard as before. And after I installed my boost gauge I didn't even bother connecting my MBC (hallman pro RX) because I get a little spike to 20.5 or 21 psi on a good WOT shift at redline between 2-3 rd gear for a few ms then it settles right down to 19.5. I know people with the works P2 flash who don't hold that kind of boost !

Maybe I'll screw around with the HBC(RX) next weekend, and try to stick at 19PSI , see if I get any better spoolup etc.

I don't seem to be having any problems yet and plan on coming back for a TME 6.5 ish turbo / turbo back / manifold in a few months. Tune / maybe an install depends how much time I have.
.

Its amazing that with all the timing being pulled they all managed to achieve more HP .... i feel for alot of people having to read PM's of vendors harrasing you. If you were satisfied in the first place there would of been no need for the reflash..

You know what it is all Very Subjective, who is a better tuner. It is like asking who should be president, LOL.

Its all good let the numbers speak for them selves, if someone is happy with TT fine, if someone is happy with Dynoflash, fine what ever floats their boat.
