This is all I've got from the police so far. I'm contacting the Georgia Bar for a lawyer today. If someone already has retained a lawyer, please let the rest of us know how to share, otherwise I'll post my lawyer on this thread for others to join.

Myron.West@gwinnettcounty.com

Mr. Leach,

I am the investigator looking into complaints about Boost Solutions. I went to Boost Solutions in Suwanee, GA last week and the suite is locked and the business appears to have been vacated. According to an ex-employee two vehicles and some parts remain inside the premise. Please make arrangements as soon as possible to recover your car and insure its safety. The car doors are locked but the car is not enclosed in a fence. Your car appears to be in decent shape, however only you know what shape it was in when you lerft it at the business.

The building landlord is going through the legal process of "evicting" Boost Solutions. When this dispossessory action is completed we can go inside and see what has been left (parts, tires, wheels, etc.).

I got a call from Gwinnett County police today. They told me my car has been stolen now and they said I should have not taken it all the way to Atlanta to get it worked on in the first place. 1st rate law enforcement you have there.

Yeah, that's too bad about the cops not doing much about this. I tell you one thing though, I don't think it's because you are out of state (although that might have something to do with it). I don't think they ever do much more than keeping records of incidents and busting ppl for traffic offences. Sometimes they'll respond to emergency calls but sadly, they really don't care too much about isolated incidents like this Busted Solutions case.

If there was a way for all the people who've been ripped off in this caper to get somebody's attention in a higer level of bureocracy, somebody might decide that the case is high profile enough to look into. It's pretty sad though... I think in this case the cops could do a lot by interviewing certain people..... It's not like there are no clues about who might be involved.......

My lawyer advised that we should all file our complaints with the Georgia Attorney General. I think if we all go there with our complaints we won't be ignored, but it has to be a lot of people, not just one or two. There is a good chance the Attorney General will prosecute George and whoever else is involved if they find out how much money and parts have actually been stolen (at least $100,000 is my guess).

I will post the contact info for the attorney general's office as soon as I get it from my lawyer. There are also other avenues people could explore, such as the Internet Fraud Commission and the USPS (if anyone mailed in their order or money). We don't need to sit around and let these criminals get away.

My 300zx engine was sent to George and he sent it to Accurate Auto Machine for the work. I just talked to Jim at Accurate Auto Machine and he told me he gave my engine back to George a few months ago and he has the receipt to prove it. George never intended to give me back my engine even though it was finished and I'm sure he and his former employees knew they were going to go bust and made as much money before it happened. Any info on where my built 300zx TT engine is will receive a reward $$. Thanks.

Thats just terrible. if they knew it was there. They should have done some sort of stake out thinking they may have had someone to come back and rip the rest of the place off.
