I got call from Detective Southard with Gwinett County Sheriff's office. She told me she would start on the investigation as soon as George returns her calls. Six weeks have passed and this is the extent of their investigation?

 

I can't believe nothing is being done! I know that US legal system has an extremely bad case of constipation but damn.

I don't think bad credit and the fear of meeting someone you ripped off is bad enough punishment for this guy.

justchil, you are confused at what I am saying...I was hoping the screw all our customers written on the board was a joke( look at pics if you havent). I know the cars arent as i live 30 miles from there and went by there myself too.

 

My white 300ZX is not the one in the Boost Evolution picture. Don't want to accuse them of something they aren't involved with.
That message on the board was probably written by somebody between the 20th and 30th when I was there....it is definitely a true statement though1

 

is it more coincidence that they happen to only sell the AEM engine management on the site?

 

First off this is Eugene the owner of Boost Evolution, let me start off by saying I knew George personally and got him to tune some of my cars on his dyno, dont make me guilty by knowing someone, I am not affiliated with George nor has he or will be apart of Boost Evolution, I simply used his header banner 6 months ago, because I liked it and he said it was ok, one picture does not mean you are a scam, to Dan Leach and Marcus Ball do not , I repeat do not spread false accusations about me or my company because that is slander and since you guys live so close I would and will pursue the matter legally, so lets be grown up about it and not be acting like little kids hanging out in a basement trying to play Magnum P.I. for absolutely no reason. Secondly that is not my business address that is my home address where I have my business bills sent hence you knowing the address because that is where I get the bills, so please know what you are talking about before you state useless information. Also do not ride by my home, or else I can contact Greenville County where you guys live and have a harrasement order. So once Again no I am not George dont know where George is or what he is doing, just like my other buds right next door to him at Balanced performance who know does our tuning, we know he filed bankruptcy and left, and as far as customers he screwed we dont know anything about it, hence us not being affiliated. So lets not play the guessing game anymore and GROW UP!!!

 

run your business and let these people try to figure out how to get back the 10's of thousands of dollars they lost...you run your business the same as george and run the same banner...and happen to be selling the same parts as the ones that were stolen....people are going to speculate...that is NOT slander...if in fact you are not affiliated with george, then what are you worried about?? Just run your business and keep your customers happy and you shouldnt have any problems

 

That is what we are trying to do, but bad mouthing still does not make me feel better, and we dont sell the same products he did, we sell mainly Nissan Performance Parts, not EVO Stuff, Just wanted to clear the air.

 

Thanks for making all that clear. Now, please don't berate or come down on the ppl for their speculation. Your business looked a lot like it could be affiliated or owned by George from BS... Even the name "Boostevolution" sounds and looks like "boost Solutions". You gotta know that if you are going to use Boost Solutions photos and look alike websites, you are gonna arouse ppl's suspicions..... Having no business address, telephones or names don't help much either..... As the previous poster said, to make things worse you are selling items which seem to be like those which disappeared with George........ Oh yeah, you say you know he filed bankrupcy? If so, please give more details. AFAIK, all that is known about George and Busted Solutions is that the doors were closed after one night of feverish activity and George disappeared along with a lot of people's money and car parts.

 

Slander is a LOT different than speculations. Do you really blame these people for speculating? You're using the same web banner, you're selling similar parts, you're located relatively close, and now you admit you know the guy. You expect people to NOT be suspicious? Humorous.

 

Sorry Eugene, I don't respond very well to threats of slander. Nobody mentioned made any accusations, but I did notice you still haven't published a business address...hhhmmm. That was a nice little bit of Magnum PI using my name, but I'd get out a map about what county I live in. Leave it alone Eugene, I'm really not interested and this thread is not about you.
I've heard from Gwinett County and George Marinov. George handed over my wheels and tires to the copshop. According to what Gwinett County says, I will have to take George to civil court and they will not charge him with any crime. George left me voicemail on my cell telling me he had his reasons and did nothing wrong, but he really did not appreciate me calling him a thief for stealing my $4,000 advance money. What should I call it? the cops say George is "in the process" of filing bankruptcy. Where are we with a joint civil suit?

 

I'm not quite sure I understand why George was not charged. Didn't he steal money from people's credit/debit cards without them knowing? Wasnt that over statelines, and/or internet fraud? They stole engines, AEMs and other parts out of customers cars too. Some of these things just do not make sence.

So "georged" do you know exactly what happened now according to the cops? What events acctully happen from when George closed up shop till present? Good luck with your case.
