when i bought a B&M for my CRX, it came with this tube of grease to lube the ball of the shifter with.

does the LS evo shifter come with this? it seems to come with everything else you could possibly need.

if not, what kind of grease can i use?

To straighten your shift knob without mashing up the threads, simply put some locktite on it, turn to where you want it, and let it set. For a (much) smoother feel on the shifter, lube everything with White Lithium Grease when you install it (both in car and under hood moving parts) - it makes a huge difference.

i had my lancershop ss kit installed like 2 months ago i love it. I think it is the best mod you can do for your evo. The lancershop is a 30% reduction and i comes with the greddy weighted shifter knob. I don't think i would like the kit with the stock shifter knob because there is no counter weight on it. i think it would take to much force i engage the gears with out a counter weight.
