Yes this is also true but the doors will auto lock if you don't open the door within 30 secs. the only way around this is to use the key to unlock the doors. i think it said in the manual that the service department can change that if you lke though no too sure.

double checked manual today, nothing in it about disabling auto lock. but i know it doesn't relock if you use the key to unlock the doors.

 

mines is an 03 and it does the samething. i thought that all evo got that.
