my daily driver for 2 1/2 years, 40k miles. Im still working on that 26mpg though

 

Had mine just under 2 years. Currently @ 44000 miles
The car runs as strong as it did @ 5000 miles. No major problems, Still on original clutch, brakes, shocks etc.

Only work on it has been oil changes and tires

 

i drive two cars on a semi-daily basis. there's both similarly fast (evo being a tad faster).

 

Mine's a DD also, if i could afford it i'd have a beater and just bring the Evo out on the weekends. I'm surprised how many ppl DD theirs also, but then again they're built solid for a reason. I believe you have a certain kind of respect & connection w/your Evo that makes around 400whp, can take to the road coarse AND drag strip, pack in 4 of your friends, and still drive it to work everyday. I luv it!

 

Mine is most definitely a daily driver.

 

drive a civic hatch to work 5 days a week and the evo on the weekends have to gas prices are horrible and my work is 1.15 hours round trip

 

My evo is my daily driver but i really want to get a little honda or something would some excellent gas mileage so i can just mod the pants off my car.... i cant justify doing cams, alcohol injection, the Green... and everything else i have in mind when i drive my car on a daily basis.

My 05 is my dd. My toy is a 93 Rx-7 single turbo.

Made a deal with my step son, if he sells his 01 VW GTI GLX VR6 for 11k or more, he can have the evo. He is DYING to sell the VW now Buying a house this month so 3 car payments are a bit much to carry.

 

i dd'd her everyday until i decided to sell.. now she's just sitting on my driveway

For now my Evo is my dd with just over 5k miles. I plan on getting a beater sometime before winter hits so I won't have to drive my car through the salt.
