im looking at a few 2003's in the low $20k's. Ive been looking thru this forum for about 3 months now and I also am no stranger to the 4g63 (92tsi FWD, and a 92 GSX). Can you guys give me some testimonial on what will not void the warranty as far as performance upgrades. thanks.

but to sum it all up, it's the luck of the draw or the dealer.
Ralliart air fresheners are 100% cool, but anything from Kragen is risky.
In a nutshell...any aftermarket part that either directly or indirectly causes a properly functioning factory part to fail will cause said repairs to fall outside of your warranty.

I think you can change your tires and oil...... but really depends on the dealership like mentioned. Some dealerships sell aftermarket parts and those wont void out the warranty.

P.S. the short anteanna will void your warranty because its smaller size will make you more aerodynamic and therefore it will make you go faster = voided mechanical warranty. The electrical warranty is also voided because you messed with reception on the radio and that makes your ECU wrong so technically the car is not a mistubishi anymore. Also more than 2 passengers can void your warranty. Dont ask.
