Rant Again!!!!!!

well i was all ranting about my 5th gear grind and well i took it in and they fixed it under warranty a few months ago and it was all fine but then like a month later i get a whining noise in first gear when i accelarate and when i decelarate its even worse. well i take it in AGAIN and well he tells me a bearing got messed up somewere in the transmission. i dont know what that means but i was just pissed that i have only had it for 4 months and its been in twice.. everyone is telling me that my car is at the dealer alot and that its a brand new car and that it shouldnt have any problems, but they dont understand that i LOVE my EVO so much. though i am tick off that its having these problems....

Well just my rant for today..

I thought it had to be the same problem 3 times. This latest problem is technically different than the first.

Yeah, it's the SAME issue 3 times in a specified time period, or something like 50% of the car's value to repair in the first year, OR it's in for 30 consecutive or 90 total days in the first year (something like that).

what you have is standard mitsu sub-standard drivetrain quality. not a lemon. good news/bad news.

Yup lemon laws are good but i was doing some research on the lemons that mitusbishi take back and all they do is sell them again or put them in aucitons. Its pretty bad when a company wont actually label a lemon car as a lemon.
