I am curios if audio is any good in EVO.
It's not very important but I had a very nice audio in my GSX so what about EVO?

 

It's going to have the standard Mitsubishi 140w AM/FM/CD with 6 speakers. Essentially the same setup as a Lancer LS.

And before all the whining starts about how inadequate that is, let me just say that I'm shocked a car like this even has a radio. I mean, what's the point?

 

Hm, speaking of audio.. do you think they'll have a 2DIN option? I really want to import a CD/MD head unit from Japan but those are all 2DIN...

 

I agree with you there! Rumor has it that the US STi will not have a radio. It's gonna be a dealer installed option though.

 

Looks like subaru is doing what they could to match the evo's price. Unfortunatly that probably mean no DCCD by theory if their is a price concern.

All cars produced in the U.S. have radios. Is that legal to provide a car without one?

 

Plenty of cars have radio delete options.
