MEGABUSA, I have not road raced but i've had plenty of experience in dragracing and have a huge trophy to prove it. I've explain this to you that i'll be nice to have a snow button for where i live. Insulting me will not help you afford one of these machines!

I've been on this forum for a long time an I pretty much hear the advantage and disadvange from others. I just would like to hear the reasoning from people since they are allowed to talk now. What is wrong with that

This is not intended to be a complain thread. Just want reasoning from Mitsubishi to justify what they've done.

So, stop attacking me . This could be very informative to newbies.

I haven't hear the at ACD wasn't reliable towards hi-milage. I feel ACD would be good safty feature in the snow.

Anyways only knows why was this was stripped. Perhaps to meet under 30K quoted?

With or without it, it is still cheaper that a sti even though the price have not been anounced. I'm intrigued how the sti will compete against us with their upipe and high cost of the car. I hate to see all the stripping they'll do unless they are willing match price and sell limited ones to prevent profit loss just to take away sales from Mitsubishi and promote sales for the WRX.

It has been said a million times, anyone can post anything while they hide behind their computer monitor. Actually doing it is another story.

The snow button would only be usefull at 10/10's and i am damn sure you would not ever notice!

I will be driving my evo sometime in late Feb, while you ride your motorcycle in the snow.

Just quick FYI, the 3600 lbs Audi S4 sedan can do 0-60 in 5.6 seconds and the quarter in 13.8 with 250/250... so the evo has three hundred less pounds and twenty more hp and ft/lbs... I'm positive it can do the under 5 deed.

Anyways Mitsti wouldn't have said it otherwise.

The other thing that never ceases to amaze me, is how someone like gtr who has never even touched an Evo is saying how bad it will be, while Claudius who actually owns an Evo says how good it will be.

I don't know about you, but I tend to put a lot more creditability with Claudius rather than gtr.

that is why there should be an auto forwarding of threads to the newbie section? where all questions are answered without all this.

I guess surgeon hit a nerve with on this one. Ask an honest opinion and people start flaming me.

So fireball, How bad did I say the evo will be ?

I'm just asking why not. If nobody cares why not just close this thread? I dont' appreciate getting flamed just to find out why decide to do what they have done for good or bad reasons.

Hey, claims that the new evo is evolved not tamed. This is their advertisement not something i've made up! So i'm just asking what is evolved???

This is not an ACD/AYC complaint forum. Just because i've started a thread about ACD/AYC in the past doesn't make me responsible to start another. I'm as sick of ACD/AYC disscussion also. Why is everyone put me responsible for all ACD/AYC complaints? Yeah it's human nature to shift blame to other.

This was a cool forum and i feel the people are turning towards to be like nasioc.com forum. Maybe people their are coming here? Whenever the word evo comes out all hell break loose over there and ppl refer it to POS car. Pontiac look. So why is it the same way everything ACD/AYC is mentioned? Get a life people.

Did you read about a new STi in Shirokuma's review?
http://www.apexjapan.com/news/sti8/sti8.html
We'll know on Monday how close the US version would be.

An STI has fading brakes, a late kicking in turbo and not even close the body shell rigidity an Evo has got. Handling wise, it's like driving an old Cadillac compared to the Evo. So stop bringing the STI up. There's a thread about Evo vs STI. Post there if you please.
Most of these are fixed in STi8. I'll wait for some reviews first before you call something like this.
Unless you are the lucky one able to drive both on a track already.
