Hey I was wondering if there was any way you can make the Evo 8 say "EVOLUTION VIII" like the Evo 7 has on the back of the car on the trunk. I think the Evo 8 looks to plain in the back. Anyone know if its possible or think it'll look better? thanx..

 

You could buy the Evo VII lettering and add an extra I to the VII to make VIII.

Actually it would look better if they went back to the Evolution VII trunk design, but this stupid new design puts Lancer Evolution on the bottom left hand corner, while leaving the middle of the trunk looking like it needs something. It could be done you just need to get your hands on the Evolution lettering. That would be sweet:

I for one am glad MMC did away with the gaudy Evolution badgint from previous versions of the Evo. I all the plastic chrome crap sucks and looks trashy. You know what you are driving, and that is all the matters. I will probably remove all the badging that isn't pined on. It all looks cheap IMO.

 

I think it says Evolution VIII on the back of the JDM Evo 8 so you could just import that part probably.
