Kneedragger, if you're interested, here is a link to the wonders of alcohol injection that I mentioned on the other board...

what's i ll? It thought it was VIII??

Also, what cars would you give them? I would take an Enzo and a Murcielago.

You can keep the break. I get 2 of those a day.

But, when you're ready to cough up the Enzo, give me a buzz.

I've been toying with the idea. That's a sno-cooler to us "old tech" folks.

My next mod will be either a Whipple or a Kenne Bell, if they can stop arguing long enough to build a few.

Also, the fact you had so much wheelspin is due to the DRIVER.

I ran a 12.3 with a 1.9 60'. Only mods? K&N filter, catback and a reflash. This is on the stock spinning Goodyears.

If I were you, I wouldn't be so confident. I would race, provide results and then speak in facts, not conjecture.

Have you heard me say I could wipe your car? I haven't because I don't know for a FACT.
You are so right. Conjecture don't win races. Thanx for puttin things in perspective.

if you are serious about alky injection on the cobra....check out the kit that anderson ford has out now called "Mr. Freeze" , by far the cheapest kit out, so simple it is smart. we have one up at the shop, i thought about rigging it up on mine.

Let's not try to compete with American Muscle in the places American Muscle was designed to compete...then we'll be good...an SVT Cobra will stomp and Evo with little effort in a straightaway, and an Evo will stomp the Cobra with little effort at a track....Pacific Muscle rocks!

Pacific Muscle would rock more if we had a meet every once in a while. That is, if by Pacific Muscle you mean our cars. Otherwise, disregard this post.

There is only one factor that could determine the outcome of this modded EVO vs. a stock 03 Cobra=DRIVER. Other than that it would be a close race.

My buddy has the same set up as him except switch out the flash for an S-AFC and they are the same. He ran a best of 12.7 soooo.......yeah.

Oh yeah, for anyone else, this thread has been officially hijacked. Stay in your seats and no one will get hurt.
Subaru is NOT releasing a 'limited edition STi with 425hp.' Easy Street Motorsports is making a 425hp 'signature series' STi with zero suspension mods. This car is a little ridiculous, and is not worth the 45-50k sticker. It will have factory warranty but it is reduced to like 2 yrs, 15 or 20,000 miles. SOA wouldn't want to touch this STi.

SCREW YOU RICER.....

Nah, just kidding.

Although I find it funny that a Mitsu site has an American flag and the SVT site doesn't.

Although I don't believe Pacific Muscle Rocks. It just sways slightly.
