Thanks mitsupwr. I'm swamped with work at the moment and have not had the time to look this info up for the board users.

The GSR, RS, and MR all share the same cylinder head and camshafts. Part numbers are listed below:

Cyl Head: MN155744
Intake Camshaft: MN143619
Exhaust Camshaft: MN143620
Intake Manifold: MN137746
Exhaust Manifold: MN156302
Down Pipe: MN135583
Mid Pipe: MR968097
Rear Section: MN153192

I've already pointed this out elsewhere on the forums but the MR does in fact use a revised (larger) compressor housing compared to the RS/GSR trims. Everyone is already well aware of the turbine housing.. All models do in fact use the same CHRA however.

CHRA: MD613507

'03-'04 All Trim levels
Compressor Housing: MD613567
Turbine Houshing: MD613521

All '05 Trim levels
Compressor Housing: MD613573
Turbine Housing: MD613524
***Please note that the MR turbine housing uses the same O2 housing as the previous models. You do not need to purchase a "MR" housing.

MR Wheel (17x8JJ +38): MN184113

Well. I changed my oil again, and this time I bought ramps so I did not spend 2 hours removing the plastic undercover....anyway, the part number on the oil filter on the MR was MD356000. The oil filter I bought from Mitsu was MZ690116. I compared them and #MD356000 was a little smaller than #MZ690116. I put the new one on, and it fit perfect. Which is the right one? I will probably continue to use #MZ690116 just because it is a little larger. Just curious....

Hmm... are the 05s' undertray different than the 03s? I don't need to take it off to do an oil change.

The original filter off my EVO was MD356000 also. Mitsu recently switched to newer style oil filters across the board, so the original off your car was the old style. All new replacement filters are MZ690116.

I took the tray off the first time because I am dumb. I could not find a place to jack it up, so I removed all of the undertray (like a dumb ***) to clear a spot to jack it up. This time I bought ramps and the oil change took ~ 20 minutes.

Thanks for the filter info!!

Question Fog lights and switch

I bought an '05 without the foglights. Anyone know the part numbers required to install them?
-- switch
-- relay?
-- housing for foglight...I hope the whole headlight assembly doesn't have to be replaced.

It will be interesting to see how much I can get this from Conicelli...I guess it might be cheaper to buy aftermarket lights and put them below the bumper somewhere.

TIA,

OK. Can someone explain to me why the EVO's that come from the factory have FULL carbon Fiber spoliers. Yet, the replacement spoiler my dealer got had plastic ends? I want a factory original, is this possible? The spoiler that came on my car was all carbon fiber and you can see the weave under the paint.

Can someone PLEASE find me a mitsu part number for the REAL carbon fiber spoiler that I can take to the dealer so they can order me the right one.

Last time I compiled a list of all part numbers so far (that way we can see it all in one shot, instead of reading 8000 posts), I can do it again or if somebody else wants to take a turn? =)
